wasted yet another day!!!
Damn irritated with singtel! They had this promotion for youths and I made a call to the customer service centre to make some enquries about it. But the operator insisted that there is no such promotion -.- WTH I thought customer is always right! Damn it. wasted bulk of my day directing the operators( 4 in total -.- 2 managed to find the promotion while the other 2 insisted that they are right). The worse thing is that the participating outlet stated in the promotion said that they don't have this promotion WTF. Damn pissed off by the wasted trip and time. The worst thing is that I didn't even get the handphone! FUCK.
I know I blew it out of proportion but I'm really REALLY pissed by the service I get and the inconvenience I suffered. I even log a complaint letter. REALLY sucks when I'm limited to the number of characters that I can write for the letter. I'm sure it will be neglected but WTH I just have to complain -.- Damn pissed .
