The only lecture that I looked forward to everyweek is Mind over stress which was easy to comprehend and I got to learn a new thing after the lecture ( not frustation of the incomprehensible lectures that are forever sleep inducing). Today I got to learn how to relax myself through deep breathing and a session was even conducted during the lecture though I still think the relaxation cd instruction was not that effective -.- Didn't manage to relax myself though cause of the caffeine i had that kept me edgy-.- Interestingly there was one guy in front of me that fall asleep through the session, guess the technique has 2 uses ar?
shall laid off the caffeine! 2 tests on the week following recess break and 2 projects and a lab report submission after the test week -.-
