Yup, just came home smelly with jelly legs. I swear I never feel like this even when I windsurf -.- D= I underestimated the power of stretching exercise. It really make me feel so unexercised that when I feel in a survey form that ask me to rate my health, I immediately rate moderate *initially I rated myself as good* Ha. Plus my co-ordination sucks max. But maybe on second thought, this is my first session so I should cut myself some slack.
But... I need to confess. Everytime after I exercised, I really have this craving for fried and unhealthy food #facepalm. Just drink some bubble tea *there comes the calories that I exercised away*.
PS Now I know why some people jog down a short flight of stairs, it's b'cos they have aching and overstretched thighs LOL
