Urgh. I hate being tactful and unemotional over email correspondences when I really really want to type out literally what I really think instead of hiding them behind long sentences. And what was even worse is that the other party seem to skim through the email and asked back the same question *face palm* Imagine this repeated twice - once was face to face and second was via email and added to the fact that they insist they want it done asap ! BLEAH!!!
