sigh.. all of the sudden feel so depressed =( especially after seeing my results last night !! I did very badly for this semester =( got 3 Cs super depressing. But looking back, I guessed I deserved it cause I did not study really hard for it and as the saying goes ` you reap what you sow' so it's just my deserts.

BUT I'am still sulking over it. >.<

Feeling very lazy to update on my various trips :S

Vietnam Trip day 3- 2Dec

We started off for Thap Poshaun Cham Tower. There, we get to view the ancient towers left from the Cham Kingdom and they are situated on a hill overlooking Phan Thiet thus we got to see some awesome sceneries=) After that, we headed off to Takou Mountain where we took cable car to see the largest reclining Buddha in Vietnam. We had to climb a few flights of stairs before seeing the Buddha statue and along the climb, we had a mini race, luckily I never lose =p.Due to the time constraint, we didn't have chance to visit the dragn fruit farms but along the way back to our hotel, we get to see to farms. It seems like almost all the locals there at Phan Thiet have a dragon fruit farm as a means of livelihood.

After lunch back at hotel, we had free time till we set off back to Saigon again. All of us spent the remaining time at a massage parlour. Too bad I didn't feel rejuvenated nor experience any muscle aches =( But it was quite an experience.

Then it was another 4 hour journey back to Saigon! By the time we reached back all of us were half starving=( haha. We finally ahd our dinner at a road side restaurant in the night market.

Upon reaching the hotel, I received bad news from my family after checking my inbox and I had to leave Vietnam immediately as my grandmother is in critical condition and might not pull through. Felt super upset about cutting my trip short and especially this is my first overseas trip but she is my only grandmother and I had to see her for the last time even though we are not close. But I can't help feeling angry at the same time to be caught in this kind of situation. Does that mean I'm cold hearted to place my trip at more importance than my grandmother?sigh... vexed...

With the help from my senior, I managed to get a morning plane ticket ( 3 Dec) to head back. The trip was kind of lonely and set. Upon reaching Singapore, I shop around at the duty free shop and help Angeline to buy her whiskey, a bottle of red wine for my Dad ( which turned out a bad choice as he don't like red wine =( ) and a bottle of volka for myself! haha. purchase 2 bottle of liquer with the help of another lady =)

At night, my family (excluding my Dad who went back to Ipoh earlier to visit my grandmother first) took the night bus back to Ipoh with my aunt and cousins. It's been a long time since I visited my grandmother but there is not much change. My aunt told us that it is just a matter of time before my grandmother passed away. Deep down I wished she passed away fast then she will not suffer much =(

On Friday, my cousin took us to her hair salon where me and my sister had our hair rebonded. Took super long time to rebond it. haha. I hate the part where I can't was hair for 3 days - a torture for me =(

On Sat, my grandmother passed away while we went out for lunch but I'm glad that my father and uncle were with her. After that, a buddhist society came to help us with the rituals which consist chanting for 3 days!! After the third day of funeral, we stayed for 2 more days before heading back to singapore.
