woohoo~~ finally i ran last night! first time after my nafa since JC which is like 3 years ago-.- Pretty satisfied with my standard la though is not very good with norm la.. haha.. ran 2.5 km ( actually walked about 0.4km)

after that went to ADM cause the school has a open field at its roof to star graze ^^ saw quite a few stars despite of the cloudy night =S and I think I saw a shooting star =) maybe is my hallucination...

running really clears the mind =)
