Tradeoff

I always believe that there is a balance to everything. You gain some, you lose some. Though it is a contradicting that I resent this belief, but it is one that I hold true with.

With the start of the semester, I have lost some of my friends' company, be it occupation with school or work but in turn, I have gained more freedom or more exact to say more time for myself which is a bad thing currently cause I didn't find anything to occupy myself *nudge away the assignments*.

Yesterday, went on an impromptu shopping with sis in hopes to expand my wardrobe but it turned out to be a fruitless trip =( But, I did gained something in the end ! I found $20 on the floor while queuing for bubble tea. Sheer dumb luck, considering the fact that I walked haphazardly most of the time and that I will not sometimes look at the floor. Split the money with sis and spent my share on cake =)
